How do I upload my content?

Simply upload the desired photo and video to the product page before adding to cart.

If you order multiple frames, please add them one at a time- each with the custom image and video attached to it.

I purchased this on TikTok... now what?

You can watch the pinned video on our TikTok for instructions.

1. Print the desired 4x6 photo of your choice.

2. When the frame shows up, scan the QR code in the package. This will allow you upload your chosen photo and video.

3. Give us 24 hours to do our magic.

4. Insert the photo into the frame, tap, and enjoy!

How do I change the photo and video?

That's easy! Go here and follow the instructions.

Will I ever have to pay to use the frame?

Nope! After the initial purchase, it will always be useable. We will NEVER make it a paid service to use the product that you have bought.
